C’est l’histoire de deux amis marseillais, Paul Langlère et Thibault Hillmeyer, inspirés par leurs grands-mères Nine et Jeannette. Amies d’enfance, elles incarnaient l’art du partage et de la convivialité. Dans cet esprit, Paul et Thibault ont créé Ninette : un groupe de restauration marseillais, fidèle à son terroir, alliant cuisine sincère et hospitalité chaleureuse. Chaque adresse reflète un fragment de la ville, entre mer et colline, raffinement et simplicité.
It all began in Marseille, with two friends Paul Langlère and Thibault Hillmeyer and the memory of their grandmothers, Nine and Jeannette. The two women had been inseparable since childhood, united by their love of good food, laughter, and the joy of sharing a table.
Inspired by their spirit, Paul and Thibault created Ninette — a restaurant group rooted in Marseille’s soul. Their vision: to celebrate the city’s generous terroir through honest cooking and heartfelt hospitality. Each Ninette address tells its own story, capturing a different side of Marseille between sea and hills, elegance and simplicity, always infused with warmth and authenticity.
